Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how DEALT handles information when you use the DEALT mobile application.

1. Information DEALT collects

DEALT is designed to collect as little personal information as possible.

The current version of DEALT does not require you to create an account or provide personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or physical address in order to use the app.

2. Workout data

DEALT may store information about your workouts, such as selected equipment, generated workout cards, exercises, repetitions, completed workouts, and saved Deals.

This information is stored locally on your device unless otherwise stated within the app.

DEALT does not currently operate a server-based account system for storing your workout history.

3. Purchases

DEALT may offer optional paid features or in-app purchases.

Payments are processed through Apple's App Store. DEALT does not receive or store your full payment card information.

Third-party services used to manage purchases may process information necessary to verify purchase status and provide access to purchased features.

4. Third-party services

DEALT may use trusted third-party services that provide functionality required for the operation of the app, such as app distribution, purchase processing, diagnostics, or other technical services.

These providers may process limited technical information in accordance with their own privacy policies.

5. Analytics and tracking

DEALT does not currently use advertising tracking or sell personal information to advertisers.

If analytics or additional third-party services are introduced in a future version of DEALT, this Privacy Policy will be updated when necessary.

6. Advertising

DEALT does not currently display third-party advertising.

7. Data sharing

DEALT does not sell your personal information.

Information may only be shared when necessary to operate the app, comply with applicable law, protect legal rights, or provide services that you have requested.

8. Data retention

Workout information stored locally on your device remains there until it is removed by you, deleted by the application, or removed when the application itself is deleted, depending on how the operating system handles the stored data.

9. Children's privacy

DEALT is not specifically directed at children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children through an account or registration system.

10. Security

Reasonable measures are taken to minimize the amount of information collected and to protect information handled by DEALT.

However, no electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

11. Changes to this Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated as DEALT evolves. Any updated version will be published on this page together with a revised "Last updated" date.
